The Laser Labs Policies 

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to work with you in these situations. However, our policy is designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Changing appointments with less than 24 hours notice are subject to non-refundable fees. You may be charged up to $100 + HST or a negative balance will be added to your account.

Late Arrivals

All clients have a 15-minute grace period. Please call us to let us know if you are running late to your appointment. If you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled and fees will apply.

Shaving Policy

Please come fully shaved to your appointment. If our technicians are having to shave areas being treated, an additional $50 fee will be added to your treatment.

Results Guarantee Policy

At our clinic, we guarantee between 8-12 sessions completed, you will reach a minimum of 70% hair reduction, with maximum results achievable up to 90% hair reduction.
This will exclude hormonally stimulated areas (facial areas, underarms, and Brazilian), blonde/light brown hair, and hormonal imbalances (ex: PCOS, endometriosis, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism).

Tanning / Sunburn Policy

Please refrain from sun exposure/tanning at least 5-7 days before & after your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with an active tan/sunburn, we will reschedule your appointment and a $50 fee will apply. For your safety, it is unacceptable to laser while sunburnt. If you are on a package, it will remain unaffected.

Client Conduct & Safety Policy

Our clinic is committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment for both our clients and team. As such, we reserve the right to discontinue services or terminate packages in cases where inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, including harassment, is directed towards our staff.

All payments at The Laser Labs are final sale.
